Refund Policy

At Get Growth Media, we are committed to delivering high-quality websites and digital marketing services that help our clients grow and succeed. If you are not satisfied with our services, we are here to help.

1. Website Design & Development

Eligibility for Refund:

• Before Work Begins: If a project is canceled by the client before any design or development work has started, a full refund will be issued, no questions asked.
• After Work Begins: If the project is canceled within the first 7 days of kickoff, and less than 25% of the work has been completed, a partial refund will be granted based on unworked time.
• After Delivery or Substantial Progress: No refunds will be issued after the design has been approved or the website has been substantially developed or delivered.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Deposits or milestone payments after delivery of specific project phases.

2. Digital Marketing Services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, etc.)

Refund Policy:

• Monthly retainers or ongoing services are billed in advance.
• Refunds are not provided for completed months or services already rendered.
• If a client cancels with at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle, the upcoming month will not be charged.
• If the cancellation is made within 7 days of renewal, the client may be charged for the next cycle depending on timing and work already performed. However we handle this fairly in according with the actual work that has been performed.

Performance-Based Refunds:

• Marketing results (traffic, rankings, conversions) cannot be guaranteed.
• We commit to best practices, transparent reporting, and data-driven adjustments.
• Refunds will not be provided due to perceived lack of performance unless it is determined that our team failed to implement contracted services.

3. How to Request a Refund

• Your full name and company
• The service in question
• A detailed explanation of your concern
• Supporting evidence, if applicable

All refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days.
